Hey peeps, this is a roughly edited video of the moment Adam took a tumble whilst attempting a launch-tap up a large ledge in Sandy Mountain (is that the name?) at Hook Woods, the Sunday (23rd) just gone.

Fortunately, it doesn't look like the injury is as bad as mine was, cos he got up and walked after, whereas I couldn't really move at all haha!

Get well soon Ad!

EDIT: Meh sod the bandwidth: http://www.jonnyjones.co.uk/ADAM - same file name

Ouch. Need to get that sucker in a cast!

That's wat Si said to me but I turned out ok hehe! I found best thing to do is just walk, run and ride on it as much as you can within reason, im no expert but these are the kind of forces being put on our ankles so I guess its fab rehab in a way.

I feel bad for laughing, but i think it was Ad's comments about "For the Love of Jesus" that got me going...

And laughter is always the best medicine for an accident!

I remember when I broke my leg, and I'm lying face down with my foot pointing upwards, I couldn't stop laughing!!!

Well that's what I did with my right ankle and it's still giving me problems now.

Left ankle, I let Si treat and put in a cast. And I have absolutely no problems with it. Ligaments take a good 6 weeks to heal - full stop. There's no argueing around that. So realistically, riding is a bad idea. So you may as well get it casted up!
