Krisboats
I presume your talking about the lever blades rather than the whole lever unit, unless you like stroking the lever body Well, lever wise the echo ones feel shit, all flat and sharp edged. Nothing like how a real lever should be. Edited September 21, 2007 by Krisboats
Captain Scarlet
Ditto, my friend had a CZAR lever, and its too square and hurts your finger, only has space for one finger.Whereas a normal magura lever has a curve to it, and space for about two fingers.Only good thing about them is that they look good and provide a bit more leverage. Ticker
I fing my echo lever ok, the reason i got rid of my magura one was because my finger kept slipping off it. You also get more leverage with them, which i suppose is good, but it could make your brake feel spoungier

Ticker
and you have to pull the lever 7% more than the standard maggie..As far as i know you don't have to pull the lever 7% more, it gives you 7% more braking power due to the longer lever.Well thats what it says on Tarty anyway

Think of it like this Longer object = more leverage= less force needed to do the job.E.g big spanner tightens up Bottom bracket with less effort than little spanner.EDIT:Love you. Jason222
The echo lever blades are all sharp and crappy, get an adamant lever and be done with it.
