streetjibs
seems like too many people dont know bout keita and think hes some new kid on the block. The guy stayed with me (in oz) for bout a week in 2001, while out here for the x-games (which he won on a clean!). As a junior he won a world round beating benito ros (back in biu days), used to hold the world record for gettin up pallets (check biketrials.com), he ended up finishing 5th in the world overall. He has always been supported by the infamous Kenichi Iwasa who has been around this sport supporting good riders since day one. Kenichi wrote and edited the now discontinued Japanese trials magazine Will. He runs the Goldrush website which distributes most trials stuff in Japan. A great guy and a wealth of knowledge to pass on to younger riders. Keita has been around a loong time, im amazed at how much his skill is slept on.... He has amazing technique and skill. I can still remember him doing bunnyhop supermans on a megamo mod as we rode the streets around homebush in Sydney. Deserves alot more recognition and respect! Danny.
