bousfield19
hi everyone i am looking for a new rear hub 110mm spacing. im looking to spend arround 50 pounds on one. the problem i have is i have got a 36hole rim. does anyone know what would be the best one in my price range? would a bmx hub be ok to run as i will be runing a fixed sprocket on the rear and there seems to be lots of choice in 36h hubs?jamie Edited September 19, 2007 by bousfield19

eskimo
Problem with bmx hubs that they tend to be 14mm most of the time.. And the lack of flip flop hubs these days limits the availablity of it. The best i found would be the Primo SF rear hub.I'd go Monty, Quando or Onza. They might be a few others as well. The ones listed tend be around £30.
bousfield19
thanks for the quick replies i found a couple of ones on tartybikes and phoned them up and they are out of stock. they dont know when they are going to be back in thats why i was wandering if anyone knew if a bmx hub would work. i have been looking at a few like the primo that you mention and also this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...A:IT&ih=

Tarty have been out of stock for ages and from Bousfirld said they aren't going to be in stock for a while.I suggest you give cleanbikes a call. Click for the link.
