Bad Wrist Problems

A few months back, maybe three or four, my left wrist started aching when I moved it in certain directions, and when I try and move it around in a circle shape it hurts alot and clicks. It's like when a joint aches (like the bone is in the wrong position or something) and you click it in to place and it feels better, but it doesn't seem to 'click back into place' effect and continues hurting.

The only way I could make it feel better for about a minute is to clcik it (I know this will probably make it worse) but it makes it feel better for a small amount of time. It would hurt when I rode, and recently (in the past couple of days) it has started happening to my right wrist aswell. I don't particularly ride hard, and I have hardly been riding at all recently, but the right one hurts more...When I bend it up it aches abit and feels kinda out of place.

I jumped and grabbed something earlier (in the 'pull-up' position) and I had to let go immediately, I will go and see a doctor, but does anyone know what this could be? Cheers.

Haha new it was coming... The thing is though, I have been resting it. I haven't put any form of pressure etc. on it, and like I say I haven't rode in about two weeks, and I'm pretty sure my right wrist started hurting in the time I wasn't riding...

I used to get it from my bars when i rode.. echo and monty ones used to proper kill my wrists. Ended up switching to some onza's and never had trouble since.. all i can think is that it was caused by the angle the bars caused my hands and wrists to be at.. but meh.. worth a thought anyway for you
