JT!
Moto lever has bite ajustment and a longer lever. Sounds good to me.Or should i just stick with the mini lever?(Is it the mini or mono? )Anyone used the moto? If so please let me know how it is.Does it having a bite ajustment make it a closed system or not?

bikerider
I've got a Moto lever with 07 trial caliper on the Monty I'm selling. Well worth the money I reckon, particularly if like me you get fed up of the standard lever's bite point keep getting closer and closer to the bar. I've also found that the brake becomes more powerful when you have set-up in the comfy position!Moto lever is still bled like any normal hope disc brake

craigjames
ive not used the moto lever witha hope trials brake, only with the moto v2 brakes, i found the same normal hope lever feel, positive with a small amount of modulation. the 'tpa' didnt seem to do all that much bite point wise definately not as much as the equivelant adjuster on an avid or maggy. overall a really nice brake. in my opinion not worth the extra money over a normal mono trial, becuase the lever doesnt give you that much.as far as i knew all hope systems were now open systems, self compensating for fluid expansion with a diapraghm in the fluid chamber on the lever body. rather than in a closed system where you have a adjustable top cap to manually change the volume in the fluid chamber to prevent 'pump up'dont think anyones used a closed system for a few years now! i may be wrongcraig
RobinJI
Giant still use the MPH on some of their XC bikes which is closed system. Other than that I cant think of any either.
