Tim-Hill..Yeah Mate
Hi,As my pro2 bolts are bollocks'd at the mo i ordered some new bolts, the Ti 8mm ones off tarty which claim that they fit pro2 hubs, they came all fine, not bent n in perfect cond... tried putting them in, no luck, they screwed in about 3 thread lines then got very very stiff, got stuck in for a while. got them out tried a friends brand new 07 pro2 hub and the same thing happend...extremly stiff. We also noticed that the width between each thread line is noticably smaller on the 8mm bolts, anyone else had the same problem with these bolts? faulty batch of bolts possibly? not sure.Anybody know where I stand on sending them back? do tarty accept returns? there still in perfect cond. I'l give them a ring on monday but if i can get an answer on here therd be no need. should i try get an exchange for profile bolts? thanksTim. Danny
Sounds like the pitch of the thread is wrong. Give them a ring on Monday and i'm sure they will sort you out. Whatever you do though DON'T try and force them in
