Steve Tiller
If its what im thinking does it mean that anything bought from them can get you money off. E.g. I have a cracked t-lite frame laying around and yesterday i snapped my rear axle so would that enable me to get money off another back wheel or a frame. Also where do you find the information about this offer as i can't find it on there websiteSteve
Krisboats
From the tartybikes site:If an Onza component is not eligible for replacement under warranty, it may qualify for the Half Price Replacement Scheme, detailed below:Onza recognise that trials riding, particularly non-competition urban riding is fraught with potential hazards. Some riders are also less proficient than others and may damage the cycle through inexperience. So, if that tricky little move you planned didn't quite go as intended and your bike comes into severe contact with an obstacle, you have the peace of mind of knowing that any Onza branded component will be replaced for half the original RRP. This operates at any time during the first two years of ownership and is a no-questions-asked unlimited policy. Even if you have a habit of reversing a car over it, it will be covered every time. The damaged item must be returned to Supercycles/Onza and the replacements will be supplied directly from them. Payment will be made directly to Supercycles/Onza and you will be responsible for all postage and packaging costs. Authorisation may, however, be required from us here at TartyBikes, as your sale contract is with us.This policy covers Onza branded components only and whilst it applies to frames and forks, it does not cover complete bicycles. All Onza, Tensile and DDG Parts must be returned to Supercycles/Onza for inspection before any warranty can be issued. You need to send a receipt with your parts, any warranty claims without a receipt cannot be processed. If you have problems finding your receipt, please call us and we can supply you with a duplicate.Any replacement items will be supplied directly from Supercycles/Onza, and any payment will be made directly to Supercycles/Onza. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs. Authorisation for a warranty claim may be required from us here at TartyBikes, as your sale contract is with us.We strongly recommend sending any warranty claims directly to Supercycles/Onza, since if they arrive with us, we have to then forward them on. This ends up costing you more (two lots of postage), and also delays the return of your parts.
JT!
Basicly, if you brake a frame, you can get a new one half the price. However, you usually need a recipit. As for hubs and stuff like that it might not apply, best thing to do would be to phone them.
Joe@Onza
its a like for like replacement on any Onza/Tensile product. On return of your existing product you will get a brand new replacement for half of its RRP value. Except if its a obsolete product or frame then we discuss a suitable replacement but that then still would be half price.Hope I cleared this up for you Edited September 17, 2007 by Joe@Onza
