Simpson
Just remember him being world number 1, when driving the Focus and my dad always used to get news updates from colin personally writing to the ford team about his progress and how happy he was with the car and seemed a sound funny genuine bloke! I was shit at the PS2 games but still such a hero takes so much skill and bottle to go out there on roads not designed for what your going to do on them, no crash barriers or gravel pits... people who put there lives on the line for sucess.... RIP thoughts go out to his family e.t.c.
TomR
I can't believe it, I was only watching an old metro 6r4 vid on youtube of him this morning, before they announced it on the news..I'm still at a loss for words now...I'm happy to see that Rossi dedicated his victory to McRae & his son..as it seemed to be a fact otherwise missed in the sporting events of today..Was that in todays MotoGP race? I was watching a video earlier of a Rossi vs. McRae rally video on youtube. I'm expecting Pastrana's gonna say something too some time after the X Games 12 rally in which he looked completely overwhelmed by McRaes driving ability, he rolled it on the last jump and had it in first gear with the wheels turning before landing, then speeding off to claim 2nd place..
