Krisboats
so u would rather not spend a lil cash and have this done to you?http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=IdpmzlLy8zUhttp://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=N4F1KkDVeLA&NR=1lol i'll pass.To be fair, when they're that deep they don't hurt in the slightest, hence me opening and closing it like a second mouth.Although i do hate the though of hitting it again and cutting it open, so i wear 661 veggies most of the time. Muel
Well, I can't move when wearing them, so I don't.Yes my shins are a mess, but who gives a shit.
mountian goat
would these not be suitable for trials riding? http://www.ridegear.com/rg/item/F-47730/Si...-for-Youth.html
NVWOCI WVS
would these not be suitable for trials riding? http://www.ridegear.com/rg/item/F-47730/Si...-for-Youth.htmltheyre the youth ones, so they'll only fit if you're a midget or 10 years old.i use a similar style to that though sometimes, the fox ones. i smashed my knee pretty badly and its now quite delicate so i cant afford to risk damaging it anymore when im doing big stuff. LauraPalmer
i had two pairs of fox, which definitly were the best concerning comfort - you nearly don´t feel them anymore after a while, but both pairs were worn out very fast... now i use 661 which do the job and to be honest since i have the 661, i ride very often without them - so they will last a while
Vee
I always smash my shins when i dont wear shin pads, but when i do i smash my knees! you cant win unless you bubble wrap yourself...................................But the fox pads are really good, you can hardly feel the pedal hit them.Vee

2sixstreet
I've been using Planet X ones for a whle now and they're great for the price (less than £20). They have a hard plastic insert in the front which I took out and re-shaped with a bit of heat and have now just left out altogether. A bit uncomfortable in summer but toasty warm in winter.
