El Cristoff
Hi everyone, i recently built up a Echo '07 rim onto a viz! mod hub. I have trued it and stuff, but if i lean to one side on my bike, the pads rub on the rim. This problem is driving me crazyyyy! Also, it seems like then snail cams are not holding... I dont know why though. Finally, i think one of my magura 33 calipers is being homo, and is being lazy, or the cnc backings are rubbing on the 33. I have no idea, anyone be able to help with that one?Cheers everyone in advance,Chris Edited September 11, 2007 by elcristoff-t-pro

N Roach
If the wheel is centre, then give each and every spoke a 1/4 or 1/2 half turn, should stop the spokes from letting the rim move to the non-drive side. Becuase when you pedal, the chains force on the cog pushes the wheel to the non-drive side.If you can understand that Edited September 11, 2007 by chocolate_bikes

Becuase when you pedal, the chains force on the cog pushes the wheel to the non-drive side.If you can understand that this is what i was going to say after he answered about his spoke tension...in simple terms: tighten all your spokes an equal ammount.it's easiest to start at the valve and work round putting on one tweak each time (1/4 turnish)you might have to go round the wheel a couple of times
