samcooper182
Hi all,Just wondering peoples opinions on me modifying gusset chain tugs to fit where my old snail cams did on my echo 06 rim?(echo hub as well)Have any of you tried this and failed/succeded?Just thought id ask before I did anything that will damage any part of the wheel especially the hub and axle. All im thinking of doing is just coreing them out to make them fit the space where the snail cams should go.Is this stupid??? Is there any issues that im over looking?? Im always a bit wary when i have ideas! Thanks in advance.Sam. basher
What frame you using? you shouldnt need to modify them to fit on the hub they should fit fine. You may need to modify them to fit the frame. Depending on the frame. If you have a frame such as any deng frame which uses small cnc'ed dropouts then you will have to proberly modify them, but i did think that you could only get the onza ones to fit and not the gusset ect ones to. samcooper182
Im using a T-Pro.Although the hole for the chain tugs wont fit on the axle???Will have to drill them out to make them fit. the hole at the minute is far to small???Sam.
