Ticker
Yes theres a few things you can do.You could take your pads out and sand them down a bit, and give them a clean. Also give your rotor a good clean. You might also want to give your brake a re-bleed.Doing that should make your brake better. harrylumley
I think what he means is are there any alternatives, eg. hope mono trial, avid bb7, magura hs33 or a vee.It depends on what you like, say if you had to ride down a big hill to the train station or something, it would be no good with a magura or a vee because it would just eat the pads and change the compound. There are a wide range of magura pads which are designed for all different rim surfaces, grind, tar or smooth, it depends on what pads you run.Harry! ManxTrialSpaz
I'm not too sure about how easily they can be acquired, but Plazmatic do pads + disc for disc brakes - not too sure whether the disc pattern is IS though. timmorley
alright mate, if you have got a hope mono mini then i would definatly reccomend getting some kool-stop pads they make your brake sooooooooo much better its unreal! another thing would be would get a slighty bigger rotor for example if you have got a 160 rotor get a 180 dont go too big thow otherwise you mite smash it wen you do side hops etc.hope i've helpedtim
