BIG Drew Posted September 5, 2007 Report Share Posted September 5, 2007 Are they the conti travel contact semi's these I'll need some new tires when I get my xc bike for getting to school work (should be soonish) How do you find them? are they ok for hard pack gravel as well as road use. Great on the roads, fine on hardpack/fire roads, not all that good on mud and roots but at least it keeps you awake!Those contacts look a bit too 'slick' for anything other than hardpack (and tarmac of course) I reckon. I've heard of people having good results with the Mach SS tyres too.
