JoNnY__Mc
Same problem here, fecking annoying... can't figure it out didn't happen before I changed my hub, and now its flexing feck it, anyone got any advice?
manuel
what do you mean by flexy ? as in you get rub on the brakes ? you are always going to get some flex on a 26 wheel - some from spokes and some from frame flex.... if its causing brake rub with the wheel bang in the middle of the pads then there is a problem... just make sure the rim is bang in the centre of the brake setup ... oh and you crank up the proII bolts right up.EDIT : and like the guy VVVVV make sure it is dished correctly - always a winner Edited September 2, 2007 by manuel
Netherking
you say the wheel sits to the left if its in the drop outs completely, straighten it, the dishing that is and pull the whole wheel over to the right??or i have i got the flexing in the wrong place? Tim-Hill..Yeah Mate
it sometimes flexes when i kick hard e.g gapping. if the backwheel is whipepd out a tiny tiny bit it rubs the pads.yeah i dont think its dished correctly, but now the spokes are effin tight and hardly do up now, il take it back to the builder see what he thinks.cheers.Tim. Muel
Same problem here, fecking annoying... can't figure it out didn't happen before I changed my hub, and now its flexing feck it, anyone got any advice?Jonny, your rim is fooked anyway. Tighten the nipples up until they won't tighten any more, or run shorter spokes. In other words, get a mod!

Krisboats
Same problem here, fecking annoying... can't figure it out didn't happen before I changed my hub, and now its flexing feck it, anyone got any advice?Yours just has a huge buckle in it. you then set the pads up as close as you could to the rim.I said i'd unbuckle it but kind of forgot in the excitement of spraying your frame :$
Endohopper
have you realised its probably your frame flexingOr indeed symptomatic of a fractured chainstay / BB shell .
Waynio
iv had this problem a couple of times.Take a nice 6mm allen to the Pro2 bolts and give them a tighten, (OR whip em out and grease them, then put them back in and tighten them)it usually happens if your sidehopping and you land on the dropout or catch it, takes a knock and loosens the bolt ever so slightly.Wayne.
