wow seems quite alot of people have to wear black shoes in 6th form, i always thought that it was non uniform all the way. Is for me anyway :)

I dunno really nike have some pretty nice shoes out at the mo, most of the SBs are pretty nice. Adidas' are pretty nice if you can find some all black gazzels or somthing?

last year I wore some ted baker shoes but bought them agees ago at the begining of the year, never liked them much to chavvy really for me. never bothered getting new ones though.

depends what sort of fasion you are into really.?

Is this a uniformed sixth form, or free dressing sixth form?

Uniformed :( black pants, white shirt tie, black jumper, and my dress style is rugged, i wear baggy-ish jeans, i wear lots of D&G etc, are deakins shoes anygood or are they classed as chavy?

Thanks.

Adam.

I would suggest going to somewhere like Topman or Riverisland because they both sell quite a range of footwear and you will probably find something you like (to suit ur style i mean). Also because they are both highstreet shops you will find that unless you pick something totally outragous then they will pretty much be in 'fashion'. I know some of the stuff they sell is totally shit, but if you just go for a decent leather shoe it will look good (Y)

Few brands I like for shoes:

Base london

Soviet

ask the missus

topman and riverisland also have some nice shoes :)

I really want these ones,

£40 from office

Go really well with jeans as casual and can look smart as fook with school uniform or similar!

If I had the money I'd buy them in every colour, im mad on them!

This is the problem with going to 6th form in a school, or leaving school and going to a 6th form college.

You're still a kid at school, rather than a student at college.

The teachers see it that way anyway...

My old 6th form was like that too. I hated it, they always used to say i HAVE to turn up everyday for registration regardless of whether i have lessons that day or not.... i mean, who in their right mind would endure a 40 minute bus ride wait around for 20 minutes go to their room and say "yes" when someone called out their name, then have to wait around for another 25 minutes for the next bus and 40 minutes home again.

The amount of times they tried to give me "detentions" for not turning up was unreal, until eventually one day the headteacher foned up and asked what the hell i was doing skiping registration and skipping detentions, i explained that i wasn't coming in to register when i shouldn't be there in the first place and that i wasn't gonna be punished for someone elses idiotic ideals. Funnily enough he agreed completely, it was soon anounced that if students had a free day they didn't have to turn up for registration.

I like to feel i contributed something before i left :D
