Is there any shops in and around town you can buy them from? Would like one if it will improve forearms/wrist strength or whatever they do.

What exactly do they do as I've never quite understood them lol.

its a giroscope ball thingy, when you turn it round with your wrists its increases the speed of it and exerts forces in different directions...

makes sense?

I think Argo's used to sell them, not too sure if they still do.

And If I remember rightly The Gadget shop used to sell them when they were about, so look for shops or sections that have gadgets or boys toys in them.

I think I should invest in one of these, look like fun.

Ahhh thank you (Y) Gonna have to invest in one, atleast to ease my curiosity. Has anybody who owns one noticed their forearms/wrists have gotten stronger? Thank you

Yea i have one of these and i defo think it does help your riding as in grip and strength but i use it just cause im constantly trying to beat my score each time (12398rpm my highest so far yes yes i know im crap)

only thing is when i 1st got mine i was using it all day and woke up the next day to a very painful wrist meaning i couldnt ride.

So dont get to carried away and over do it (Y)

I've had mine a fair while, I used to suffer from weak wrists after breaking them both, since ive had it, i've managed to smack my wrist hard falling down a bank, andlanded funny on my wrist, and what would of been so pain full i would of had to prolly lay down for a bit, hardly hurt in comparison. Now i dont really get any pains in my wrists and i know when i fall off its not going to be the first thing that breaks... Ohh and i have what they call hench finger in plymouth as well.

Hey Johno, who do you ride in Hastings with?

What bike have you got?

Just wondered as I'm from Hastings too.

I've sent you a message but i might as well do it on here.

I ride alone. And I own a Kona Shred..... Not really a trials bike but it's a start.

Wanna get an Echo Lite soon.

why not just use a tennis ball or similar product to do it the power ball doesn't seem to have anything in it to help with th muscles just the movement :D

have you even used one? They are seriously amazing! when the spin inside, it makes your wrist tense up and harder to hold onto the ball, it makes all your muscles have a workout ect ect, im getting one soon!
