Caleb
Just a quick one, when getting pictures in your description using Photobucket do you just paste the link/s in, as I've tried a few times and its just coming up with text and no images

Fixed Pantsâ„¢
Take the alt bit out for a start because it's gay, try that. And try having a / before the end >EDIT: Seems the / isn't right, don't worry about that bit.I thought ebay didn't let you have offsite pics in the description n stuff? To stop people from getting around hosting charges. Edited August 22, 2007 by Fat Pants
Phatmike
On the listing, are you doing it in HTML or "standard"?
Caleb
im sure ive heard of people doing it before because eBay doesn't let you host pictures in the description for a charge iirc but definitely seen it in auctions of cars before now.just tried many combinations without alt, without dashes all to no positive result yeah they work in self hosting just i still have to pay for them, i wa sunder the impression i could host them in the description for free? similar to posting a picture in a topic on here
Phatmike
Yeah you can host them as you're describing. Just enter the code I typed in the description. As per above, make sure you're in the HTML mode.
Dai the Socket
You can use images in your post for definite. Maybe it's photobucket stopping you hosting them on eBay, wouldn't surprise me.Try hosting them somewhere else. Just do:<img src="http://www.location.com/imagename.jpg" /> <br/><br/>the BR's just make line breaks so they're not next to each other. Should work..
