Chav Attacks !

got followed home on Friday night by the local "gang"....

right this is why...long story but meh :)

2 weeks ago i was at a party which pretty much involved my whole year, anyway the local "gang" turns up and there lead guy walks around trying to start on people. he gets to a friend of mine and trys to start so he pushes him back. So in typical chav thinking he backs down and goes home, we think he's gone. little do we know he's gone home and got a knife...but to make things worse as he comes back a friends gf trys to stop him getting back into the house so he punches her :S he walks up to my friend and starts to threaten him with a knife, so i slowly make my way behind him, grab the knife and throw it away and push him over. so next thing i know he's legged it and the police are here asking us to come and make a statement, so he ends up getting community service, in my eyes i did him a favor stopping him stabbing someone, but no he doesn't see it this way.

so walking back from the pub on Friday and him and two mates jump me and kicked the shit out of me....not much i could do :( 3 v 1 isn't really fair, which annoys me because if it was one on one i could have stood a chance...mum hasn't seen me yet neither has dad, don't no what the f**k im gonna do :(

Yeah, well i know it's sometimes hard but maybe go to police? The guys that did that are pussy's for doing it in a group of 3 on 1, and deserve to be punished!

Either way, good luck.

EDIT: how bad are the injuries you sustained? As you can get the attackers done for ABH i think.

yeh i think i'm gonna have to. not the kinda thing i want to tell my parents that i got beaten up :S

no shame in it - after all you did heroically take a knife off him the other day.

of course you could have saved yourself the kicking by stabbing him at the time

he went to nut the guy then got his knose chopped, well half.

i wasnt there, but it sounded kinda sick.

just thought i'd bring it up saying as it's a "Attacked" thread.

was walking down a path with two mates (walking next to each other) then some chav was walking up the path towards us

i moved behind my two mates to make room for him to pass

just as he was passing my mates he pushed into one of them and then punched me

then walked off

was like wtf happened, didnt feel lol till about an hour later

blood everywhere :P and now my nose is wonky :(

i was in the way

aparently

It's a public footpath I'm presuming? If so, you have just as much right on it as your attacker did.

I know it's hard to do in some/most cases, but maybe go to the police if it isn't too late sort of thing?

they did shit all, got a statement off me and the two other lads

put it onto the police database or something and a month later got a call saying they can't do anything

Yeah. Well unlucky anyway.

Well I suppose if it's in the database then it's always going to be there for future reference kind of thing?

I know the police are trying hard etc etc, but I think this sort of thing is one of the areas they should start concentrating more on.
