I think it was asking who nuskooltrials was, and he was a guy who lived near me as I suspected, then we had a big conversation in the thread with just us two going on for a few weeks until it generally died off.

Oh how trials forum has changed through the years :P

My first topic was about my Giro helmet, the content of my first post was -

'Hiya, I've had my Giro helmet since February, in the last couple of weeks, it seems to have started fading on top. (It's a Matt Black one) I'm not sure if it is actually fading though. The thought has come acroos my mind that the shell is actually coming away from the helmet itself.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with this particular type of helmet. I'm not sure what to do now though, should i take it back to the shop I bought it from or write to Giro complaining?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks'

My first post was in John the mongs house, and it was a photo of my face the day after i broke my top jaw and knocked my 4 teeth out lol.

That could of been his account. My first on my own account was about Trials riders having the edge over any other style of riding, and that a trials rider could ride and adapt to DH, XC, bmx, etc etc better than any of the other disciplines adapting to the rest. IE: A world class DHer couldn't pick up trials as fast as the other way round, as a trials rider has a more rounded entrance to riding than any other discipline, by learning the very fundamentals of bike control.

I still stand by that, and i got slated for it at the time. I still think it's the case...

bongo
