Posted August 13, 2007 Report Share Posted August 13, 2007 Having a front freewheel (compared to the regular etup) doesn't really make a difference at all.There's usually a bit more drag when 'freewheeling' becuase the chain is always moving. And if you have gears with a front freewheel, the gears will chaning when your freewheeling (as opposed to the regular setup where if you change gear when you not pedaling nothing happens.)So, nah it's exactly the same.
