basher Posted August 18, 2007 Report Share Posted August 18, 2007 I dont think you would be able to do it, i think your thinking of the hope hubs where you can convert them to a 20mm axel. Only way you could do it would to do as said above by taping the hole that the QR goes through. But that wouldnt be much strong if stronger at all than a QR. Just buy a decent QR and you will be fine. People recomend XTR QR as being best i think, and alot of people say stay clear of a hope.
