NileBrown™
I run the rimjam v3s at the moment, however ive had to cut and bodge them onto magura backings as ive been through about 4 cylinders because of those stupid backings. The compounds of the pads are quite good providing you have a nice sharp grind, but really, I didn't feel theyre worth the price they are on tarty. Mind you I got mine a few quid cheaper from Joe Maher, and almost every set he sold and including his own snapped or broke a cylinder. If I were you, i'd look around for another pad until the new and improved rimjam V4s come out

Paul@Deltabikes
I think Koxx Bloxx Brown pads would fit the bill for what your after.
mods
blue rocks pads on a sharp grind are awesome, mine have not worn down at all really since i have had them. My only downfall so far being that the grind has to be kept fresh and sharp or they will slip on drops and gaps etc.

Bionic Balls
i'd really recommend the heatsink CNC's with the red compound...had them only a few days but they are by fast the best feeling/holding pad i've had not sooo pricey as the coustsinks anyway! Anyway, sorry to hear, bad luck.
