Mobile Phone Contracts

In fairness they are sending out a new charger today, so should all be ok at last (though I'm not going to get my hopes up!)

As I've said before, the contract I'm on is great, and on that front they are leagues ahead of everyone else, it's just the way they've failed to put right the handset issues. If I'd had a working phone throughout I'd be more than happy!

right go on to your banks website

log on to your bank accounts details and cancel the debet that 3 are taking out.

and go to orange!!!! n95 ***!

Yep, then get your credit rating killed for not paying, find a more expensive contract that doesn't give you half the amount that the current one does, and feel a twat for doing so...

Take them to the small claims court -> http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabo...laims/index.htm

Only costs £30 and if you win you get the money back. I think you can win up to £2k compensation too. They'll shit it when it comes through, HBOS got taken to a small claims court over the excess bank charges earlier in the year. They didn't reply 'cos they thought it was a hoax or something, the bailiffs went into a local HBOS branch, closed it, tagged loads of stuff to be sold and then given to the customer as compensation, HBOS shit it, got to head office, transferred funds to compensate the court and person ASAP.

Do it!

Best way to sort stuff is ask for the guys name i had Ian recently!! My contract was £25 a month with 500 texts and 150 minutes when my bills came in at around 40-60 an month i was rather annoyed, so poor IAN had it got all the abuse and after offering me stupid upgrades i threatened to terminate my contract there and then! He managed to find a discount of £8 for the life of the contract and add on an extra 500 texts :D Ask for there name get personal!!! Threaten to leave gets you everywhere now i pay £17 a month for a 1000 texts and 150 minutes :D
