Muel
Use the search, I put the same topic up when I joined.Dig it up with a key from where the work men seal the rod up when they do any work.Ask them for it.Buy it from any builders yards.End Topic. Echo-Scott
I got all my tar from HSBS. A group of us found a hole in the fence and found a big lump of tar which we broke up and took a few bits each.

Muel
Roofing tar is best, and try to get hard stuff, the stuff I stole from the road is mega sloppy, smears round the rim well though. My bro is testing it out and it is mint, sticks a little though, not much. Maybe it is too soft?

gianttrials
nah roof tar is sh**e, u need bitumen which is tar minus the grit that they use to fill in holes when repairing/digging roads, but only lightly smear it on (an it dont work well in the wet). Muel
I dug it it where they sealed too bits of road together after resurfacing, my brothers brake it mint! No more setting up shitty citrus cheese pads after every ride with a grind.Just add tar every few days, and we have been riding 24/7 since he got his bike. He is improving very fast. Captain Scarlet
I got a big block from eBay, just punch in "Trials Tar".That being if it is still sold.If not then go to a builder's mechants as they will most likely have some.Digging it out of the ground is not good as this has sand and other bits added to it, to make it good for its main use.Get it in its pure form.
