Broken Middleburns

Hi everyone,

Last night i some how managed to brake my middleburn cranks that were on my echo.

But if i remember correctly i think they have a life time warrenty on them dont they.

Does any know how i can go about getting new ones from the warrenty

give the kid a break i've seen and read some pointless topic's and this isn't really one he is asking for advice. if any one else has had the same problem etc.

im sorry, im just annoyed cause my drive side rs7 rounded yesterday :(

so this thread may help you. i know that rounding may not be covered by the warranty but worth a try. i kno wthen parts break it pi55's you off i have got a new bike and not really riden it yet as i keep needing to replace bits.

no, this is different, if he snapped/ twisted his crank he gets a replacement, if you round it its due to your incompetence

due to my incompetence? ive rode trials for just over 2 months, and ive had the f**king middleburns for just over 1 month

correct ash they cover you for structural faults ie twisting snapping bending.

but not rounding (this is due to not keeping the cranks tight enough) or threads by wrongly instaling pedals.

however they will still do a crash replacement for £58 i think, you send yours back with a check or whatever and they replace :) so they are still fair on you even if you never looked after them.

The 1 crank arm has snapped where u put the pedal in i was ridin with my mate and as i went to pedal woth my right foot it just snapped completly off.

And this may be a pointless topic but i just want advice on how to go about getting news ones on the warrenty.
