110mm And 116mm Spacing

hey

just wanted to know why on tarty's the monty hubs are 110mm and most of the deng are 116mm, will monty hubs run in deng frames? and will deng hubs run in monty frames? why are they different spacing why cant they be the same?

i think the extra space is for the snail cams , i think.

monty frames are thinner so you use their hubs rather than someone elses.

dont put a 116 in a monty by stretching it to fit, it will just crack your frame very quickly

Monty Ti hubs are 106mm and the Ti frames are 106mm (snail cams go on the outside).

Pr frames have 110mm hub spacing and you can use all normal hubs in those frames but the snail cams need to go on the outside

116mm is the hub spacing for frames that use snail cams on the inside and 110mm hubs.

Not if you put monty spacer's on a normal hub , or machine/file down the spacer's a few mm each side. I have a monty quando hub and a try all hub, both are the same width, it's the spacer's that are differant....

I run that exact hub on an adamant a3, Had to space it out abit. Overall its perfect now.

So answer is, Yes.
