First day out I spent three hours just rocking & side hopping up & down some stairs at the park . The next day I spent about five hours in my driveway trying to get on my back wheel, I was getting 8 to 10 hops before I got tired enough I had to stop . It was a great feeling but I could barely pull my own pants on for a few days . I would recomend doing some stretching first if your gonna be tryin somthing for that long .
