Mike Beck
For those of you haven't noticed, there is a new edition of the Ribo trials shoes. Personally, I think that they looks the dogs and will be investing in a pair when the bank balance allows.Ribo AS-1However, I must say that they look a lot like the old style "pixie boots" Monty trials shoes. Regardless they do look great and will, no doubt, be a lot better than the Monty shoes for the simple fact that they are made by Ribo who are renouned for their craftsmanship.Plus they aren't as expensive as previous models!!lewis

AdamR28
The Ribo Urban shoes Ali C had been wearing WOULD have been sold for around £50 if they had been released. The AS-1 is a totally different shoe which we received prototypes of at the same time but kept them under wraps to prevent others from copying the design. All Ribo shoes are hand made in Spain. AdamR28
I'm not sure, we don't think they're all that special, but it may be an option for the future if there's enough call for them

Mike W
They should make them more casual and wearable, these ones and all other trials specific shoes i have seen look odd and out of place with everyday clothing.mike
Mike Beck
Exactly why they look like that though, they're designed for trials, Although I agree with what you're saying but people don't wear them when not riding do they?lewis Edited July 27, 2007 by lewis69
