samcooper182
Hi all, need some advice from all of your mighty brains! My rear wheel is shaking like mad when the bolts are tightened!First idea was it would be the cones but i tighten them and about a three seconds of riding and the bloody wheel is shaking again! So i took the wheel off again this time opened up my fixed style hub and the side nearest the sprocket is bent and twisted. I bent this back somthing like and cleaned inside the hub and regreased, and put back together. However, one of the bearings in the hub was missing (opposite side to sprocket) :$ dont no whether that was me or not!So, what do you peeps think the shaking is caused by?Is a new hub on the cards or is it just a case of im rubbish? Thanks in advance Sam
James-M
Well if one of the bearings on one side was missing, it may have desintergrated, therefore they could've gone on the opposite side aswell, best to have a look?
