I'm abit unsure of how you have greased it, I assume you have took the piston out, if you have then I don't know but if you haven't..

take the hose out the lever, poke a 5mm Allen key through and push so it pushes the piston out, then grease directly onto the seals and clean the bore inside, whack some 3 in 1 oil in there to give everything a thin lubing then reassemble and pump a few times to ensure its ok. I assume its bled with something else but blood as this happened to mine when I was stranded and bled mine with Strongbow. Good luck

Sometimes you find that the piston won't come all the way back no matter what you do, I tend to leave it well alone if it's still got enough travel to work and isnt leaking. Nip the TPA up till the lever stops flapping about and bleed from there.

My mates just had the same problem mate.

We fixed it by putting the leaver underwater undoing the bleed bolt and poke a 2mm alen key through and push the piston back up then squize the leaver and push the alen key throght again and just keep going at it like that mate.

It work for us so give that ago.

Cheers.
