26" Frame Sizes?

When you say size are you talking about wheelbase?

There are quite a few factors involved in the shape of a trials frame. For example:

wheelbase

bottom bracket height

chainstay length

head angle

It's a bit complicated... Generally short wheelbase (e.g. 1040mm) would be an advantage for things like spins and manuals, whereas long wheelbase (e.g. 1100mm) would be an advantage for getting up high things, doing big gaps etc.

Or somewhere in between. Do some research.

Whats the best size frame for 26" i know people say that it depends on height but would a smaller frame be easier to throw around dunno any answers much appreciated :P

The only real way to find out what you like really is to go and try people different peoples bikes and see what you think, But actually try moves and not just hop on the back wheel.
