NileBrown™
I'm guessing you still want the grips don't you as you could just cut them off! what I did with some grips was to gently slide a spoke down the side of the grip and then pour washing up liquid down to lubricate it off - however that was with rubber grips so if you try this method make sure you do it very carefully not to split the foam! timmorley
alright mate i had the same problem! all youve got to to is get some WD40 with the nozzle on and squirt it down in between the bar and the grip then twist it to lube it it shud just then come off. if that doesnt work heat it up a little bit with a hair drier. tim
Dave Anscombe
best way by far is just soak it with water and it flys off easy.wack the grips in a airing cupboard to dry them of ...........
basher
Compressor, and stick the nozzle under the grip turn the air on and it will inflate the grip slightly and it will then slide off.

mat da man
boil the kettle and stick the grip over the steam it will expand the foam and the steam will condense to water acting as a lubricant good luck chap

Charlie Jennings
I came up with this idea ok (you know were you heard it first). It sounds like the most stupidest idea in the world. but try it. Trust me.Get an old bit of paper. e.g. an envelope.Wrap it around the grip and grip tightly and pull/twist the grip. it should slowly slide off. Please note: I've never tried this with foam grips.
