BONGO
Right, i've got a couple of fishing reel's that i want to sell. I want to put them up on ebay and give the buyers the option of buying one or both. I don't want the buyer to be put off by having to purchae both if they only want one, but on the other hand if they want to buy both, i don't really want two seperate auctions, as i would be willing to settle for slightly less if they bought them both at the same time etc etc.If you get what i mean, and can give me some info on the best way to sell them, let me know. It may be the case that it's best to have two seperate auctions, but i'm justr after advice from people who might have done multiple sales before. I've only sold individual items before...I'll do the same with a couple of fishing rods too once i know how. Possibly even give the buyer the option of buying both rods and both reels as a package???? Info needed please on how i go about doing it most efficiently, to get me money and not put buyers off!!!Thanks, Outer Bongolia

The Hitcher
The best way to do it, i would say, is to have two seperate auctions. You can always give postage discounts if a buyer purchases multiple items. Plus selling seperatley will give you a better chance of selling, as someone may not want two reels. When ive sold multiple item before ive always had seperate auctions but given postage discounts, whicyh you can do on the form thingy to upload your items. You could always write in the description that you would discount money for buying more than one item. The buyer would then have to take off the discount when they pay, or something like that. Hope this helps a bit.

Onza Kieron
Don't take this as an insult at all, i'm just trying to help but seriously, unless these are some serious kit that very serious fishers would buy to set up two rods to fish at the same time I don't see why the same person would buy two reels that are the same (I'm taking it they are). What I do is list one and state in the auction you have another and will sell it for 4/5 the price of the one listed if the same person buys it then sort it all out after the auction. Good luck.
