Clean the threads out, and try tightening them again.

Check you haven't ballsed the tapers up aswell!

i know i havent wrecked the tapers and i know the threads are clean the bottom bracket just wont hold the bolt in for a decent amount of time im not even possitive the cranks are rounded off/baggy

check the threads on the crank bolts, do they look like they have been threaded at all?

Cranks need to be really tight, possibly the tightest thing on your bike so I would make sure they are properly tight first, you are using a long handle allen key aren't you? Otherwise you won't be getting anywhere near enough load onto it.

if none of the above work try changing your crank arm.

i have a square tapered cranks and my left hand side one the taper has gone very slightly but you can feel it is lose no matter how tight its done up.

but lets hope you don't have that sort of problem
