Matt_Zoot
Right, I need to get off the burgers. The missis and I have started to eat healthier but are a bit bored of stir-fry every night. Anyone got any decent healthy meal ideas, ie not fried, too fatty, that sort of thing.CheersMatt

Greetings
Well, if you boil your food you'll get rid of things that are not healthy for you. But you will also get rid of any taste.I couldn't care less about healthy eating frankly speaking, just try not to eat too much McDonalds, KFC and crisps.
