Pulled Muscles...in Your Back

Hey guys ,sorry to post a pointless topic and i was to lazy to look for another simular topic soooo....

i pulled or strained one of my muscles on one side of my back last wensday and i waited till today (monday) till it was ok...and it felt ok... till i went out on my bike for 5 mins and i fuked it agen... :( so im not a happy bunny... sooo i was woundering if any of you guys have experienced this before (witch you most likley have :P ) and could help me whats the best way to...

Treat It ?

How Long will it Take to heel (roughly) ?

And wat madicine , pills would help it ?

And would going to the phisiotheropist help?

This would really help me guys, cause i aint been biking for about... 1 week =[ .cause my backs in spazzum lol and all the muscles are all tenece How can i unlock them ??

Akrigg did muscles in his back and he's been off his bike for YONKS!!!!! but he did come down like a rocket from space!!!! but still if you have pulled a muscle you need to leave it to heal properly, if not you'll pay the consequences later in life (or so iv been told)

have you been to see a Physio? or literally just your local GP??? id advise going to a physio, they can diagnose and sort you and advise you best.

thought i had pulled a muscle in my back... got an x-ray, turned out i had chipped it hahaha still hurts :( think iv pulled sum muscles aswel and that was like a month ago lol go to bed and hibinate for a month

Maybee change your stance over the bike, switching from a long zoo to a medium length GU, could have squashed your body closer to the stem/bar area.

Then when you sidehop, your straining your back more than what you would of. Possably locking out your back/tearing a muscle.

Might be the cause, or your just growing, and the effects of riding have not helped.

I did my back in last november, ripped a muscle, was out for 3 months

I pulled it again not that long ago just setting up for a gap

You've just got to be really carefull and stretch before riding and if you've been sittin for a while while out ridin

And dont ride till there is no pain while streching and doing general tasks
