totaltrials Posted July 21, 2007 Report Share Posted July 21, 2007 thats a very good point, why are all the comps down south. theres alot of good venues up north.Unfortunately there needs to be a club up In the area that can run the trial, the competitions that are being held are run by clubs, that's why Essex round are doing 2 and The Kelly farm trial. and the Welsh trial was held by a welsh club.There is Tyketrial who used to do them in Yorkshire but they arn't this year, and lets not get into why, they just arn't, fair enough. Thats why I am running the Rochdale round under a motorbike ACU affiliated club, so there is a venue up North for us Northerners. The one in Rochdale this is by the way.Hopefully next year there will be a lot more, the rounds had to be decided pretty quickly too because of everything that has gone on, so it hasn't given anybody much chance to arrange anything up North, the round that was meant to be held in Matlock, I think was being run by YMSA, no idea if it's being held or not though.Phil.
