Joe Sheehan!
Basically, i bought what i thought was a t-mag back at the beginning of the year, but infact was conned out of £280 of my money. I know this, because i paid, the "seller" didnt contact me and then reposted the bike again, but with a different location (was cornwall, but then was co durham). So here i am, 6 months later, and STILL down £280, annoyed with paypals refund policy of which they have not looked into my case with much, if ANY thought. So im asking if anyone has had any experience with them refunding money, as it was blatant fraud, and im STILL down £280. Greetings
Not much you can do unfortunately. If the "seller" hasn't got any funds on his account, they can't refund you anything. They refunded me 17p after I bought a stem that wasn't even sent to me. F**king wankers. They should spend the remaining £19.83 on electricity and put the seller on an electric chair. Greetings
Dispute? Well ive emailed them countless times to say.Yeah well that's the problem. You need to open a dispute for them to look at the case and decide whether or not you have been scammed. Then they refund you the money providing the other guy has something on his account. I can't go into detail since my account has all of a sudden become polish and i can't understand a thing. For a start you need to use the button on the left to the "profile" one. I think it's too late though, you usually have 45 days to claim your money.
Captain Scarlet
I think my brother had same trouble with someone who didn't send a game or something. He said to me that if you get onto PayPal they will contact the person who conned you, and ask for an explanation, if they don't reply after a certain amount of time, then the money is taken out of their account and put back into yours.
