Wear an elastic band around your wrist and if you start to feel a panic attack coming on, pull it away from your wrist a little and let it flick back... keep repeating it. I can't say I know first hand if it works but I've heard from others it does

P.S I know how you feel and i seriously think when you are feeling like that get out on your bike and wack in your headphones and play music so loudly you can't concentrate on it then when you get to the spot your going to ride you will have forgotten about it.

Thats what i always do! And though it does work, and i thank you for the advice. I want to stop feeling this way in the first place rather than distracting myself from it.

And after reading all the stuff here, i can say I'm better off now. So thanks guys. And was it Meteor? That said he's like this for everything? So am i lol, my girlfriend was just my most current situation and the one i don't want to go arse of tits!

probably not going to help but i can relate to what you're saying.

in essence if a bird came onto you ( no immature innuendos please) you pretty much would go for it regardless of been in a relationship or not right?

i think it would be pretty much the same with girls, so just always leave on a good note so the chances of anything like that happening are low.

Ok...thought i'd let this topic die. But i've just got in, slightly on the drunk side.

And i'd like to thank all the people that have helped me here! Theres no longer any doubts about me and her in my mind! So thanks alot guys.

I went out with all her family (they even flew over from italy) for her mum and dads anneversary, and it was a quality night. So thats basically put things into persepctive for me

maybe a bit later barber, but still, my outlook, what happens happens. may seem a bit stepped back and uncaring too start with. but its a pretty good selection process.

at the end of the day it doesnt matter if she cheats on you,it ends, and she clearly wasnt worth it.

and if she doesnt, then nothings happened, so its happy days.

on a likewise note, in the last 4.5 years i havent had a relationship last longer than 2 months. but i dont view that as a problem, it means im constantly being kept on my toes, i just get bored, or find something stupidly irritating. its just the way i am, i found one girl that was changing me, and i was like, yea, this is ok, im settling down, ive finally found a girl worth changing for. but then realise, actually i like me how i am(well id like to lose 3 inches on the waist, and add 3 on the tripod, but the rest of me does just fine) and dont want to change.
