I'm going to be formatting my HP Compaq soon and really need a program I can run off my pc of off a CD to be able to format the actual PC properly, I dont mean windows version jobby, I mean completely get rid of everything (I know its impossible to completely get rid of everything...). So I need your help! The windows formatter is fine.Norton Partition Magic is what you may want, you can format partitions etc in that (secure erase). You need to buy it though.
