James Quigley
Koxx brown material in CNc backings = SWEET!To get old pad material out of plastic backings just stick the pads in the oven on 200 degrees for about 3 minutes, the material will just pop right out. Most material can then go straight into the CNc backings but I had to do a small bit of knife work on my Koxx Bloxx first.

Heatsink
To hep answer some of the questions that crop up, I've just written a guide to using the CNCed backings I'm giving away some of my pad making secrets in order to help everyone to get the most out of HeatsinkBikes CNCed Aluminium backings for either Magura or Vee brakes http://www.heatsinkbikes.com/?p=padsguideThanks again to Janson for his help. I tried the method he suggested for removing pads from their plastic backings (added to the guide) and it gets my stamp of approval!I hope this helps!Steve
