Adamc24
hello people i am new to the trials scene and i would like to know where i could get some tar to put on my rims to help the sharpness off by brakes. and what kind of tar would be the best....many thanks adamc24
Muel
Builders or so I am told. I missed the people doing my grandparents drive by 15 minutes. I had a scout round but couldn't find any lumps. You could just dig it up from the pavement where they hae mended a water pipe or something, they fill the gap with tar.Use the search in future, I'm not having a go, but the Mods don't like to see topics being duplicated when its fairly obvious stuff. 0llie
i have always asked blokes laying down road surfaces if they have any. some come up trumps
Boswell
You should really use the search, people are always asking where can they get tar from. The easiest way to get your hands on some is probably from just pulling it out of a road surface or you could try to get some pure stuff by asking a workmen. danny_cartledge
Tar from a normal road doesn't work, because it has loads of bits in it!But if you go to a cobbled road, thats a different story. theres loads of tar in between the cracks of it! Take a screwdriver to it, and ur sorted!Just dont let anyone see you Hope i helped!Danny...
