lankyri
when i was tryin to swap my rear cog over i was pulling so hard on the cog that it just pulled off so you could see inside the hub, my advive would be put your wheel in a vice (where the cassette would go) and pull up or down what everhope this helps
Broomer
Pull free hub out of the hub body, wipe out old grease etc, replace with new grease or simaler lubricant, push in pawls and replace the free hub back into the hub body.

Krisboats
Its often a good idea to twist it in an anti clockwise direction while pulling it so the pawls dont rip the seal as you pull them out. At least you did with XC/mono/bulb hubs, having not opend my pro2 i wouldn't know for sure.... can't hurt to do it anyway though.
