Walleee
what?90% of this forum are teenagers, so the chances are it is 'probobly' one of them. That age group being 'most at prejudice' (do you even know what that means?? cos I dont!) has nothing to do with me.Blocking someone is not a mistake.Saying the cheque has been ripped up and the money leaving the account is not a mistake.f**k up. we re talking about someones money here. Krisboats
Surely you have his address still from sending the cheque off? Pretty sure the banks can reclaim the money too with the permission of the authorities? All is not lost, just explore some different avenues. Send him an e-mail and check the little thing that tells you if its been read. Inform him your going to be notifying the police, he'll most likely shit himself that his parents will find out he's been stealing and sort things out with you. Radfax
I have just had a load of trouble via another meber of a diffrent site who jumped to conclusions and ended up dragging a situation out much longer than it was needed. This lad may have a very valid reason as to why what has happened has happened and i do agre, he is acting very suspicious! but PLEASE! Do not get nasty ect as it will escilate into a situation that is not needed. I think i spoke to this lad a few times, cant remeber really, i used to speek to many prople on here at one time so cant really rember. Try and get a contact number for the lad and contact him via the phone because at least there is no excuse for him hanging up and then deffinate action can be taken! probobly another faggoty teenager with 'alot on at the minute'send the boys round. You never know he may have a valid excuse (although i doubt it there is the possiblity and you have to look at all of the possibilites!). Save the slating untill the full situation is known eh. They are liars.. if they didn't cash it, someone else did, which means it was not ripped up, what bank will cash a ripped up cheque?? They lie, take the money and avoid you. That's called conning. You can't have a feasibly valid excuse for what he's done and he deserves a good shaming. Radfax
Yes i agree. Cant really remeber what point i was trying to make but there was one..... But members have had previous trouble with this lad and it was documented in his refs aswell! says it all. Retract my first statement, overwhelming evidance that this lad is not legit is ever growing!
Tall_Rob
Well you have his address as you had to send the cheque there. You have his full name as it needs to be deposited in to the account. Now all you have to do is write a lovely polite letter to mr and mrs ........... explaining what has happened and that you have proof the money has been withdrawn and that you do not have anything to show for it. Enclose full contact details and mention that you would rather get the matter sorted quietly then kicking up a fuss.If they don't get back to you or tell you to piss off... inform the police straight away.Keep records of all conversations and letters/emails.For future reference everyone. When selling or buying, get as much information as possible. Check their references and contact other sellers/buyers that have dealt with them before. This is what i always hand out and would expect back in return from the other half of the deal.Joe Blog56 dumby lane tonbridge kenttn8 3fgconned@hotmail.commobile: 123456789home: 123456789work: 123456789 (i give this out as i don't have a land line)With all this, it's easier to keep in contact and be able to pester someone when they're not playing properly.Even when using paypal, get all their details and inform paypal instantly when getting problems. If you want to check things out further, call the house number first to check that it's definetly the correct address and that they are not sending it to a friends house.Never trust anyone... simplePlay save kids x

Walleee
He should be blacklisted. So should other people but that never happened.... It makes me wonder how many chances someone has on here before they do get blacklisted, I think it should be a case of one strike and your out, but that doesn't see to be how it is??how far do you have to push it? is not sending an item when you said you would enough to be blcklisted?? is being blocked by the person enough or been given wrong contact details/them not answering their phone enough???or is it a case of you actually have to have lost out on money to get someone blacklisted??? Say for example I go and buy something off another boy on the forum who has recently had 'alot on at the minute' is it acceptable that I might end up having the same hassle as the other person did, having to end up posting a thread here in an effort to actually get something for my money because the person won't respond on msn or by e-mail/phone.im in no way having a go(there is nothing to have a go at in the snse of 'rules/guidelines) but these threads are popping up more often now.....
