Rob Brodie
hey people. this could be a dum thing what ive done but id just thought id give the heads up! ive had lots of problems with my hs33 05' and ive only found out today that if u put the tpa as far as it goes either way to get it right then it will cock it up. as i said i could just be a dum mistake of mine but if not then to get around it move the piston thingy in the brake bolts instead of on the tpa just to be safe. any way as i said it could be a dum mistake of mine but if ur new to trials and bikes its a gd thing to no.cheers .rob. basher
The tpa often end up with striped threads because they are plastic, this has happen to me loads i think more to me than others because i am left handed and may be pull on the leaver harder. Anyway buy a metal tpa and you won't have any problems.
Boswell
What are you talking about! It doesn't really matter if your put the TPA all the way in or out, the standard Hs33 TPA ajusters always break. The best option to you and everyone else who has the 05 style hs33 lever is to by a 74kingz TPA ajuster, its what i did and i havn't have any problems since. Edited June 20, 2007 by mr ?
