basher
Its a koxx so i wouldn't be suprised. The old oneshad cheese downtubes i think and a mate snapped the dropout off on one.
Janson
The original Coust frames had a very thin downtube.I've still not seen pictures of a snapped Koxx Coust...

bikerider
Koxx Coust's are awesome especially if you love natural/comp stuff...probably not so great for street though?

Has anyone seen my shoe?
Yes which means that it would have been improved in strength.
mikey23
Tra's latest video? He was riding the prototype 2007 coust with a snapped bottom tubeYeh it was Giacomo's prototype, and he had been riding it for a year or so before tra got it apparently? So yeh a year of hard riding at the top level would probably snap any frame.
aener
But then lets face the facts:Saying that TRA can snap a frame isn't saying much. He's built like a tank, and I wouldn't be surprised if he could snap a frame clean in half, to which other people couldn't even dent!EDIT: No offence to TRA - just stating facts Edited June 23, 2007 by Flipp

Savage
I am pretty sure TRA's frame is well over a year old, and it has been given the "go and break this" treatment by its previous owner.I rode my Coustellier for the first time this weekend at a wet and windy Royal Highland Show. I'm very pleased with it and found it gave a very smooth ride. I put in some large-ish drops many times over without problems.Ben. hugh_b
i had a ride on the new v2 pro model at the weekend, all i can say is YES PLEASE lol. The frame feels really solid, alot different to my limey 2 but in a good way. Feels very manouvarable (SP) and flicky, the high bb felt weird to me and the front seemed low but no doubt things like this can be ajusted with different stems etc. All in all a very nice bike. Looks well built to. Still prefer my limey though. Edited June 26, 2007 by hugh_b
Waynio
hey ben, just be careful on that roof, it looks like you nearly was trying to do a drop onto Fred and Mick looks like it was a good show.Coust frames look mint, had a go on patt's at the Brimham Trophy, all i can say is, it didnt feel as long as it was, i think due to the higher b/b. very nice and is on my list of things to possibly have, il probably be more suited to the Hydroxx 26" (which is a tad shorter)Wayne.
