ConnorPowell
Hey, just flicking through ebay when i saw another ultimate spec bike but this time its the zona zip.Do you think its worth the asking price?Cheers connor
JoNnY__Mc
It does look well specced out, but for the money I would rather buy an echo lite or similar off tartybikes
NileBrown™
I think its definitlely a nice bike - its similar specced to my zona, if not mines got better parts and I wouldn't expect 850 for mine so I think the price is a bit too high - about 650 i'd say and its a great buy! Joe@Onza
It does look well specced out, but for the money I would rather buy an echo lite or similar off tartybikes Why do you think that? Several components on that zip cast a huge shadow over the echo lite full build. Don't get me wrong, The Echo lite is a nice bike, but headset, brakes, B/B, cranks , freewheel, pedals are all of a lower standard then the Zip which is around the same price. Plus extras like the brake booster and brake clamps. Not trying to argue, was just a bit taken back by your statement. Cheers
Joe Sheehan!
To be honest, its a bit of a con.Zip frame, basic wheelset, sh**ty bars and stem, not exactly fantastic front break. The good bits are a tensile freewheel and bash and a king headset. And whats with the gash colouring?! Not one shade of green the same.Really quite crap for £850. Really crap.
BenLeacock™
i would recommend going to tarty and having a look for a better bike echo lite ect. The zona is over priced and not 'ultimate spec'

little bmxer boy
Well I don't think it is worth it because it is mostly onza spec.
Muel
i would recommend going to tarty and having a look for a better bike echo lite ect. The zona is over priced and not 'ultimate spec'The Zona Zip is, in my opinion, the best value Mod on the market. It is also very strong, but a little heavy. That spec however, is wank. The only bits on it that I would have on my bike are: Frame, front wheel, freewheel. Oh and posibly the booster, although I bought and Echo one instead. My bike looks almost the same as that, but the spec is a million times better, and it has only cost me £935. It has the same wheels, which are being replaced, Adamant bars, try-all stem, front Hope mono trial, echo cranks etc.Don't buy it, get another £200-300 together and build a bike from brand new parts, you will regret buying that bike later on. Danny Kearns
Well. The Zona Zip is the nciest riding mod frame out there so thats a start. The spec sounds good. You will progress well on a zona zip. I did.I would say go for it.Danny. MikeCottTrials
i would be tempted to go for something off tarty or wait for a full mod to come up on here afterall you can get some cracking bikes for a really good price second hand
Joe@Onza
You should always consider warranty with these though. Lets face it, we like braking things don't we. Ha ha
