maybe u should take it back to the shop u bought it from? (when u say lever do u mean the lever blade or the whole lever body? because lever blades are the same left/right), alternatively u may need to try a re-bleed an sounds like tubing needs re-fitting. if u can re-fit it do a water bleed (or bath bleed if u dont have a bleed kit) an remove the pads an try abit of gt-85 on the seals of the sticky piston to see if it stops it seizing.
