sundance
I have searched and couldnt find anythin of use to me. Could someone tell me:-1) Is there any difference between to old style 'mono mini trial lever' and the old style 'mono mini lever'? They look the same but are they?2) Second Question is the same as number 1 only on the new 2007 style lever. The reason i ask is i want a rear hope mono mini disk brake on my bike but to buy 1 brand new is loads of money and i cant find anyone selling a second hand 1. So what i was thinking is if i buy a brand new (but old style) FRONT mono mini trial (as i cannot find a rear 1 anywhere) that i found on ebay for £60 i think it was and put my left hand mono mini lever on it then i get myself in effect a pretty much brand new rear mono mini trial but about £30ish cheaper or more dependin on how much i can get it.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Posted this in non-members chat too.DanP.S If you want to sell a rear mono mini trial, Post or PM me as i would rarther just buy a second hand 1 than faffing around trying make myself 1. Dan6061
At a guess, the Trial one will have a smaller piston, meaning it'll be slightly more powerful.Other than that, I have no idea.
Onza Kieron
Go play Stairway to Heaven <_<Not sure what you mean by 2 but on 1, yes, the levers on mono mini and mono mini trial are identical, just the trial caliper has a larger bore piston.
